Themes:

Ectopic expression of the Glucose-dependent Insulinotropic Polypeptide Receptor (GIPR) receptor in endocrine tumors:
  • Implication of GIPR in the tumorigenesis and secretory activity of somatotropic pituitary adenomas responsible for acromegaly
  • Research of the molecular mechanisms leading to the ectopic expression of GIPR in pituitary tumors and in adrenal lesions
 
Invasive behavior of pituitary tumors:
  • Analysis of the molecular actors involved in the invasion of the cavernous sinus by pituitary tumors using a pan-genomic approach
  • Identification of therapeutic targets to inhibit the invasive behavior of pituitary tumors

These projects are funded by the ANR JCJC Intégral and benefit from the clinical expertise and patient cohorts of the Department of Endocrinology and Reproductive Diseases of Bicêtre Hospital.
